Season Passes are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable consumer law, or where there's a payment or access problem we need to put right. If something's gone wrong, contact support and we'll help.

There's nothing to cancel. WoWPrep is a Season Pass, not a subscription — you pay once for 3 months of access, and it ends when those 3 months are up. No auto-renewal, no charges after that.
